Anti -dumping duty to the Chinese RG -type coaxial cable in Mexico

According to the China Trade Relief Information Network, on August 11, the Mexico Ministry stated that given the domestic enterprise's application for anti-dumping sunset reviews of the Chinese RG -type coaxial cable native to Mexico. Our bureau decided to terminate the anti-dumping of the products involved in the case in China. Tax, the termination measure will take effect on August 12, 2022. The Tigie tax number involved in the case is 8544.20.01, 8544.20.02, and 8544.20.99.

On June 8, 2011, the Ministry of Economic Affairs of Mexico, at the application of Mexican companies Conductores MONTERREY, S.A. De C.V., announced that it launched an anti-dumping survey of RG -type coaxial cables native to or imported from China. On August 10, 2012, the Ministry of Economic Affairs of Mexico announced the end of the anti-dumping investigation of RG -type coaxial cables native to China and levied 88%to 345.91%of anti-dumping taxes on the case.

On January 5, 2015, the Ministry of Economic Affairs of Mexico adjusted the anti-dumping tax involved in the case to $ 4.32/kg. On August 7, 2017, the Ministry of Economic Affairs of Mexico started the first sunset review investigation of the case.

On October 4, 2018, the Ministry of Economic Affairs of Mexico made the first daily sunset review of the case and decided to continue to levy an anti-dumping tax of $ 4.32/kg of products involved for 5 years.

So what is the RG -type coaxial cable, and what is the difference between it and other coaxial cables, let the ZMS cable company take you to find out.

Coaxial cables are a kind of wire and signal transmission cable, which is generally caused by four-layer materials. The innermost is a conductive copper wire. There is a layer of plastic on the outside of the line as an insulator to surround the electrical medium. There is also a thin layer of mesh conductive outside the insulation, usually copper or alloy, and then there is a layer of insulating material as an outer skin on the outermost layer of the conductive body.

Coaxial cables can be used to transmit various applications of simulation and digital signals. The most important of which are TV transmission, long-distance telephone transmission, short-distance connections between computer systems, and local area networks.

The rapid development of coaxial cables has become a means of spreading TV signals to millions of households. This is cable TV. A cable TV system can load dozens or even hundreds of TV channels, and its transmission range can reach tens of kilometers. Coaxial cables have long been an important part of the long-distance telephone network. Today, it is facing more and more competition from fiber, ground microwaves, and satellites.

Types of Coaxial Cables

Coaxial cables can be divided into two basic types, baseband coaxial cables, and broadband coaxial cables

Baseband coaxial cable

The shielding layer of the baseband coaxial cable is usually composed of a copper net with a feature impedance of 50Ω. This cable is used to transmit digital signals. Generally, there are two versions of RG-8 thick lines and RG-58 fine lines. The most intuitive difference between thick cables and fine cables is the diameter of the cable.

Coarse cables are suitable for larger local networks. Its standard distance and high reliability. However, the crude cable network must install the transceiver and the transceiver cable, and the installation is also difficult, so the overall cost is high.

In contrast, fine cables are simpler and lower cost. However, because the cables must be cut off during the installation process when there are many connectors, it is prone to poor contact.

Broadband coaxial cable

Broadband coaxial cable is a standard transmission cable used in cable TV, which transmits multiple TV signals at the same time on one cable. Broadband coaxial cables can also be used as transmission mediums for some computer networks.

Broadband RG cable is the above-mentioned broadband coaxial cable.

The cable TV network mentioned in the broadband coaxial cable refers to an efficient and cheap comprehensive network. The cable TV network uses coaxial cables laid by a cable TV for data signal transmission. It has the advantages of broadband, large-capacity, multi-function, low cost, strong anti-interference ability, and supporting multiple businesses to connect millions of households.

Its development has laid the foundation for the development of information highways. At the same time, because it eliminates the trouble of laying cables, it can be connected to the network only to increase the device on the user side, which greatly facilitates the popularity of the network.

The working method of RG coaxial cable is the same as other types of cables.

The coaxial cable is divided into four layers the inside-out central copper wire, a plastic insulating layer, a mesh conductive layer, and a wire sheath. The central copper line and the electric conductivity mesh form a current circuit. The name comes from the same axis relationship between the central copper line and the conductivity mesh layer.

The shielding material of the coaxial cable is essentially the improvement of the external conductor. From the initial tube-shaped external conductor, it developed into single-layer weaving and double-layer metals in turn. Although the shielding performance of the tube-like external conductor is very good, it is not easy to bend and is not convenient to use.

The shielding efficiency of single-layer braids is the worst. Compared with the single-layer woven wire, the transmission impedance is three times that compared with the single-layer woven wire, which shows that the shielding effect of the double-layer woven wire is greatly improved than the shielding effect of the single layer. All major coaxial cable manufacturers are constantly improving the external conductor structure of the cable to maintain their performance.

The advantage of coaxial cables is that high-bandwidth communication can be supported on relatively long repetitive lines, but its disadvantages are also obvious.

Foremost, the size of the fine cable is 3/8 inch thick, occupying a lot of space for cable pipelines.

Second, it cannot withstand entanglement, stress, and severe bending, which will damage the structure of the cable and hinder the transmission of signals.

Third, the cost is high, and these disadvantages can be overcome by the twisted lines, so in the current local area network environment, it has been replaced by the Ethernet physical layer specification based on the twisted line.

The above is the RG coaxial cable introduced to everyone. Due to the continuous development of society, everything is developing, and the models and uses of cables are increasing. To choose a suitable cable, you need a lot of consultation. ZMS cables always insist on providing high-quality and high-quality cables with high-quality and low-quality cables. The service is thoughtful. The products have undergone strict manual identification and are trustworthy.
